Our kitchen uses the highest quality ingredients; they all undergo strict quality controls at the supply points, such as the A Coruña fish market, before arriving at our restaurants.
Our cuisine is "ingredient oriented", so our goal is to always offer the freshest and finest ingredients. This means that not everything on our Menu is always available all year round, but we will always have high quality alternatives to offer our customers.
The food menu is divided into five main sections.
Among those we can highlight the Tortilla de Betanzos (Betanzos Style Omelette), Empanada de Zamburiñas (Scallop Stuffed Pastry), and Pulpo á Feira (Galician Octopus).
According to daily availability at the fish market, Clams Marinara, Barnacles and Freshly-caught langoustine are all particularly worthy of attention.
Also subject to availability at the fish market, hake, grouper, or turbot are all outstanding.
Among which stands out the famous Ternera Asada La Penela (Roast Veal), Callos a la Gallega (Beef and Tripe Stew) or T-bone steak and tenderloin.
We can highlight Leche Frita (Fried milk) and Filloa (crepe) with caramel cream.
The wine list features selections from the main Wine Regions of Spain with special focus on wines from Galicia, La Rioja and Ribera del Duero.
